A Service Request is a type of ticket that is designed for specific tasks, such as requesting a new ID card or requesting support for an AV event. All requestable services live in the Service Catalogue on the helpdesk website.
To request a service:
- Go to https://helpdesk.lavalla.vic.edu.au
- Click on "Request New Service"
- You may be prompted to sign in. Use your Lavalla email address and password
- Click on the service you wish to request (e.g. Replacement ID Card)
- Fill out the fields in the form and click "Place Request". If you are requesting this for someone else, tick the "Request for someone else" box
- Your request will be attended to as soon as possible.
