To activate Microsoft Office, please follow these steps:


Office for Windows:


  1. Open Microsoft Word
  2. Click on "File" up the top left corner, followed by "Account"

  3. In the "User Information" section, ensure that you're signed in with your Lavalla account, and not your own personal account, or the account of another school:
  4. Click on "Switch Account" if you need to change it, and sign in with your Lavalla email address and password.
  5. Close out of Microsoft Word, then open it back up.


Office for Mac:


  1. Open Microsoft Word
  2. Click on "Word", then "Sign Out"
  3. Close out of Word, then open it again.
  4. Click on "Sign In" when Word opens
  5. Type in your Lavalla email address and password.
  6. Close out of Word again, and re-open it.
