To activate Microsoft Office, please follow these steps:
Office for Windows:
- Open Microsoft Word
- Click on "File" up the top left corner, followed by "Account"
- In the "User Information" section, ensure that you're signed in with your Lavalla account, and not your own personal account, or the account of another school:
- Click on "Switch Account" if you need to change it, and sign in with your Lavalla email address and password.
- Close out of Microsoft Word, then open it back up.
Office for Mac:
- Open Microsoft Word
- Click on "Word", then "Sign Out"
- Close out of Word, then open it again.
- Click on "Sign In" when Word opens
- Type in your Lavalla email address and password.
- Close out of Word again, and re-open it.
